Refund Policy

At MCM Agency LTD, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible service. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a client to cancel their marketing service with us. If a client chooses to cancel their service before seven days into the service period, we will refund 50% of the service fee minus any software costs for that service month.

After the seven day refund period has expired, the entire fee is earned and no refund will be given. We encourage our clients to carefully consider their marketing needs before signing up for our service to ensure that they are fully committed to the service period.

If for any reason a client wishes to cancel their service, they must contact us in writing and provide their reason for cancellation. Our team will review their request and process any applicable refunds within seven days.
